This building is infested with mice, mold, termites, wood and other rot, corrosion, has serious structural and roof issues, unstable floor, etc. My recommendation was to knock it down as unsafe.

Interesting facts- the main part of the “camp” (this is in a NUDIST COLONY) is built on a wooden tent platform from the 1930’s when the colony was a tent camp. The land on which the building is on is leased.  The colony had issues with the leasees with lack of maintenance.  I had issues with LIFE SAFETY HAZARDS– it is uninhabitable.
